CHARACTERISTICS AND APPLICATION AREAS:
This product is a high-efficiency defoaming and antifoaming agent formulated with special silicone polyether as the main component. It is easily dispersed in the system, self-emulsifying, resistant to strong alkalis, high temperature resistance, good water solubility, fast defoaming, and Long soaking, wide use, low dosage; no side effects, no sticking to rollers; no demulsification and no oil floating in high temperature and strong alkali systems; this product overcomes the odor, unenvironmental, floating, and foam suppression of conventional silicone products Poor and large defects. This series of products are particularly effective in eliminating foam due to anionic surfactants and viscous liquid systems, and has excellent alkali resistance, and has the advantages of fast defoaming speed and long-lasting foam suppression.
This product is suitable for use as a defoaming and antifoaming agent in water systems with various active agents. It has a particularly obvious defoaming effect in the synthesis and polymerization of polyvinyl chloride. It can be used for defoaming in the process of synthetic cutting fluid, cutting fluid, emulsion polymerization, textile printing and dyeing, oil field drilling mud, metal cleaning, chemical production, etc. The use temperature can reach 110 degrees. This product is particularly effective in various cutting fluids such as photovoltaic cutting.
USE PROCESS:
It can be added directly to the foaming liquid, or it can be added after diluting with water, the dosage is 0.1%-0.3%, according to the defoaming situation on site,Make adjustments if there are special requirements. In diamond wire cutting, add 150g per knife with 200-300L pure water, and add coolant.
